DETAILS
This is a two-day training and assessment course for up to 6-8 candidates (90% practical). The course can be held at our Training Centre in Sheffield or on-site at your premises. Candidates will be issued with a full set of CITB study notes and workbook at the start of the course
Day One - Is taken up with theory, setting up and using Oxy-acetylene equipment and basic pipework skills.
Day Two - Brazing technique and producing test pieces.
BENEFITS
The course is essential for all personnel who wish to be competent in installing and/or replacing refrigeration or air conditioning copper pipework.
It is a practically orientated course but includes theoretical elements for safe and competent refrigeration brazing techniques.
The course ensures approved industry standards (The British Refrigeration Association) of workmanship and that best practices are shown and achieved.
